The Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Vegas Golden Knights 3-0 on June 14, taking home the Stanley Cup for the first time since 2006.  To celebrate the win, the team paraded through downtown Raleigh on Saturday, where approximately 180,000 fans gathered, marking the largest public event Raleigh has ever seen.
